We will schedule an appointment with you to meet at the property in order for us to get to know the property and also take pictures for advertising purposes

We schedule an appointment with the owner to meet at the property, this allows a better understanding of the expectation and needs of the owner and the property.

The property will be photographed, and a detailed description is taken, for the purposes of marketing and maintaining.

We will advise the owner of the market-related rental and marketing strategy.

Advertise the property on the relevant platforms.

Interested parties will be subjected to an application process, which includes credit verification.
Upon the owner approving a candidate, we collect the relevant deposit as well as draft a lease agreement and conduct an entry inspection.
